An NFT is a a collectible digital asset. Fungibility simply refers to assets that are completely interchangeable. A non-fungible asset refers to an item that is not interchangeable. An NFT is unique and can't be exchanged like-for-like (hence, non-fungible)

An NFT is a digital collectible. Digital collectibles have existed for a while. NFT’s incorporate blockchain technology, which gives them benefits over traditional digital collectibles. Like any other physical collector's item, but instead of receiving an oil painting on canvas to hang on your wall, for example, you receive digital files. However in some cases you may receive a physical offering such as a real life statue, to coincide with your digital asset.

Primary sales of Vtail v1 NFTs will be on Vtail tokens will appear on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible etc, for resale purchase. Vtail NFTs will adhere to the ERC-721 standard. Drops with third part marketplaces such as VeVe or MakersPlace may have different policies.

Yes. Vtail tokens can be resold on NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea and Rarible etc. If a Vtail token is resold there will be a % royalty fee to Vtail.

In order to purchase a Vtail NFT, you will need to conduct two important steps. First, you will need to purchase ETH from a crypto-currency exchange such as Coinbase, Gemini, or Binance. Once you have completed that step, you will need to transfer your ETH into a non-custodial digital wallet like MetaMask, Portis or WalletConnect compatible wallets. These wallets connect to the OpenSea website and allow you to purchase an NFT. For your reference, here are blog posts outlining in detail how to set up a crypto wallet, as well as the basic steps to take to send ETH to your wallet. Vtail NFTs on third party platforms such as VeVe or MakersPlace may have different policies.

All Vtail artwork and tokens are intellectual property owned by Vtail, LTD as such token owners cannot sell or distribute Vtail artwork or designs in any way.

NFTs are minted on ERC-721 compliant contracts deployed to the Ethereum blockchain. This is the "gold standard" and most widely-supported format for digital collectibles.

This depends on the NFT collection. On MakersPlace and VeVe credit cards can be used.

You will need a non-custodial wallet to be able to purchase an NFT. OpenSea accepts wallet payments from MetaMask, Portis, and WalletConnect compatible wallets for secondary market sales. You will need to transfer ETH into one of these non-custodial wallets.

You can verify the amount of redemptions a token has by visiting the specific token’s page and viewing the redemption count as marked by our redemption key symbol. Vtail redemption counts are also viewable on OpenSea under a token’s properties.
